Emerson CAD12 closures are universal aboveground housings for buried cable plant. The closures come in four sizes, namely the CAD12, CAD12S, CAD1270, and the CAD1270S (the latter two are 70 inches high). The closures provide fixed-count or preferred-count terminations for aerial, buried, block, and station wires.
